In the midst of this personal emotional engine I sense in friends, clients and leaders, just below the service there is also concern, in some a fear, in others seeds of doubt. Our economy remains in shambles, employment growth appears to be flat for the next 12 to 24 months, and our political system is broke. So where is the good news in these tough times?
