		<description>Good point.  When too many within a group aren&#039;t operating within their strengths it can become quite chaotic.  Although the really chaotic take care of themselves by ceasing to exist, the sad stories are the ones that exhaust incredible potential, with no tangible results, yet rumble forward in their inefficiencies.  Does this ring true in your experiences?
